Ms. Bascaro generously shares her decades of experience in a well written book that is a “must read†for anyone thinking about going into business. Not only those considering the franchise world, but independents as well. Thorough, yet written in the “every-man†language that won’t have you running for a dictionary. I applaud Ms. Bascaro for writing a book that is relevant and insightful. Well done.
All I can say is this book is a lifesaver! My son recently purchased a franchise several years back, and I wanted to get this book to help him out. After several years of owning a franchise he was on his own, and some of his systems were in dire need of help. Luckily I found this book. Aicha is brilliant and her writing style is easy to understand and implement. It is full of information to help a franchisee with all their business systems from A to Z. Not only that, she covers everything from your mission statement to the team, and more. If you own a franchise and want to increase your profits, get a return on your investment and lower your stress levels, this is the book for you. I highly recommend this book and thank the author for writing a book that can make a difference in people's lives.

This is a great how-to for anyone considering a franchise. Not having a business background, per se, I was afraid that the book would be over my head with a lot of lingo I wouldn't understand. I was pleasantly surprised. It was super easy for me to follow and chock-full of great ideas on how to save money. It's clear that Ms. Bascaro knows her stuff and she guides you through it with clarity and an air of kindness. A great guide whether just starting out or farther along in your business and needing some tweaks. I would recommend it.
