In a word, superb! Author Ken Fry has once again written an intriguing, fast-paced tale well-grounded in biblical archaeology. There is such an abundance of mystic, mystery and edge-of-your-seat excitement in THE PATMOS ENIGMA that it certainly set my heart to racing, as well as my curiosity, as I sought to discover the outcome of this enthralling story. I have been an avid fan of Mr. Fry’s since I read his excellent tale, THE LAZARUS SUCCESSION, and I must say that his writing and ability to masterfully spin a mesmerizing tale are rarely surpassed.I highly recommend THE PATMOS ENIGMA: QUEST OF THE WANDERING JEW to fans of this genre as one you do not want to miss, and to anyone who is looking for an exceptionally good story.

I have just finished reading The Patmos Enigma. It was awesome. I could not put it down. It captured my love of Biblical archeology and the belief that Christ will come again. But in His own time. Ken is a wonderful story teller and he kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. 5 stars is not enough!
Brilliant book. This is my first book to read from this author and now I want to read all of his other books. This story was intriguing, gripping, awe-inspiring, and it revs up on every page, making it a page turner. I had to finish it to know what happened.I finished reading this last night, and I’m still thinking about the book. I’m sure in a weeks time I will continue to think about it. A month after and I bet I’m still thinking about it.For a thriller it was packed with a multitude of clues, action and all from the well developed characters. Not a single section was boring, it was all very interesting, I personally would love to see this as a movie or TV series. The pace of how it was written was masterfully done.It was very evident that the author done his research and in doing so, I learned a few things along the way, which was pretty biblical in a sense. It really has me thinking.Highly recommended, this is one book that will really pull you in.
Up front, I will admit to having read previous novels by Ken Fry and, as such, I am positively prejudiced regarding his writing. I’ve also learned that oft-times a less lengthy review applies the most impact. With that in mind—Ken Fry holds the middle position in my top-five short list of all-time great authors. The two ahead of him are Stephen King and Dean Koontz. This is, in no way, a comparison; each is special in his own way. But, regardless your favorite genre, the elements of suspense, mystery, history, romance, fast-paced action, remarkably accurate characterization and dialogue that Fry intermixes into all his novels will appeal... make that impress you. "The Patmos Enigma" is a book that will linger in your mind long after you’ve finished reading. You’ll find yourself looking for more of his work. The good news... there’s lots of it out there!
I didn’t expect The Patmos Enigma: An Archaeological Thriller by Ken Fry, to let me down. It didn’t. I kept reading late into the night, turning page after page to follow the efforts of an archaeological team trying to uncover hidden secrets. This is an excellent blend of biblical archaeology and fiction, with a cast of characters who thrive on searching for clues in various nooks and crannies. Six of the seals mentioned in the Book of Revelation have been uncovered. Will the team find the seventh or will unknown elements work against them? A great thriller and I look forward to reading another of Ken’s novels as soon as possible.
I am an enormous fan of Fry's work and I can say The Patmos Enigma continues the fine tradition of complicated, but exciting biblical conspiracy theories. I loved this book about the Wandering Jew, cursed to walk the earth until the return of Jesus Christ. Fry's books are always fast-paced, full of twists and turns and with characters the reader can invest in a love or hate. The Patmos Enigma is classic Fry. I loved it and I can only highly recommend it to anyone who loves conspiracy theories, murder, mayhem, and a good old-fashioned battle between good and evil. Another excellent book from the Fry stable.
While I found the book to be a little lacking in content it did keep my interest. However the amount of grammatical errors, misspelled words and that whole issue with the 48 chapter starting then stopping in mid paragraph then starting again drive me crazy. I couldn't stop myself from counting errors each time I picked the book up.
